- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will bid any job with a flat rate or per hour pricing, and will never try to charge you hidden fees or surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a phone screening can determine what is necessary but if needed, I will do a free in-home estimate to ensure your move is done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done hundreds of moves in DFW the past 2 years. I give every job the same effort, respect, and eye for detail so that if you need moving services again, I'm the one you'll call.
