- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are negotiable We love what We do and we are proud of our work. When We give a quote We think about how much of time We give our cleaning products We have to supply and also my mileage depending on how far We have to drive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whatever makes them comfortable usually and little chat over the phone and to meet and greet in person so they get to know us. Letting someone in your home is a big step for anyone We would like our customers to feel comfortable with us and my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am actually a certified MA and also We’ve been cleaning for many years for neighbors and friends and It just grew into our own business because We found We really enjoyed cleaning!!
