- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began cooking at a young age being the second oldest of 13 siblings. Cooking was something I enjoyed at a young age and after serving 10 years in the military, I decided to pursue this as a career. I went to culinary school and since then, I hit the pavement running and haven't thought twice about slowing down.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My background is in hotels and country clubs, and after achieving great things and exceeding expectations, I decided that it was time to venture out on my own. I have worked with different people from different ethnicities, my goal is customer satisfaction.
