Clay has helped me on multiple occasions. Some that stand out are:
Remote Support
PhotoShop would give me a repeating error message every time I opened it. Clay applied some kind of patches and updates, and had me up and running again quickly.
Laptop running slow. Clay checked for viruses, did some OS updates, cleaned up the hard drive (defragged and got rid of some temp files.) Again up and running quickly.
In Person
My install of Windows 10 totally messed up my laptop. No matter what I did, it would'nt work. Took it to Clay and had it back later that day. I told him I didn't care what he did, just make it work! Clay told me he was pretty sure he knew what it was (before looking at it!) then worked his magic and I was a happy girl!
Clay follows up with clients to ensure no one feels forgotten or lost in the process, and he's always quick to get back to me. I love how he walks you through a process and never makes you feel stupid. One of my favorite parts is he tells me everything he does/did. It makes me feel confident he is being very honest with me. The fee he charges is more than reasonable, especially for someone like me on a budget. You more than get your monies worth.
