I was pleasantly surpirsed how knowledgeable Laura was concerning not just nutrition but exactly what to look for when buying any kind of food item. I also likked the holistic approach of her program encompassing nutrition, exercise and socialization. AA+

Being a high level athlete requires fueling your body correctly for your workouts. Not only that but having goals and a map on how to reach them. Laura Miller helped provide me with sustainable tools to both ends. Not only did she work with and around my schedule but also my previous notions of "healthy" and what that meant. I haven't reached my full potential yet but because of her coaching I'm well on my way!
