- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All client relationships begin with a phone call, this short conversation is free of cost and will last no more then 30 minutes. During this conversation we will discuss you, your goals, challenges, and desired areas of growth. You will learn about me, my background, my coaching philosophy and style and we will learn if we are a good coach/client match. After the phone call the client moves to a monthly coaching agreement (see pricing above). Coaching sessions take place either in person or over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a former member of the Women's National Rugby Team, a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a masters candidate at Life University's Coaching Psychology program I bring a holistic perspective to performance coaching by bringing together positive psychology, wellness, and high performance experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anyone who has a goal. My clients are drive, gritty, and growth focused. From athletes to young professionals I work with those who have a vision for their future and need guidance, support, and accountability to get there.
