- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our unlimited support is a monthly fee per user and per server. Servers are monitored 24/7. Employees can feel free to call with any computer issues without having to worry about hourly billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, someone is calling us because of an immediate need - so our first priority is to get you up and running again. After working with us, people see the value in an unlimited support model - so they are proactively protected and monitored, and they always have someone to call when they need IT Support.
