FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the square footage and how many areas that will need to be sealed off and or repaired. Every commercial and residential job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We inspect the problem area and find out what was the cause of the animal intrusion, then give an estimate on doing repairs. (we can do all repairs needed) 2. We inspect the attic. We look for entry points and any activity, like levees pine straw, feces, urine divots in the insulation. 3. We inspect the electrical wiring. Many animals like to chew on electrical wiring. 4. We inspect the central heating and air duct work for separation, loos connections, tares Holes or collapsing of duct work. 5. We then inspect the exterior. 6. We inspect the perimeter for any possible attractions that might be the causing of the infestation and solve it. 7. We inspect the entire roof for any defects. We will provide customer with all inspection information to determine what services they would like for us to provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studies include habitat attractions of wildlife in urban and suburban areas. My training started in Alabama working with a small business owner in the pest control business. In Atlanta I worked with other wildlife removal companies that motivated me to start my own business.
