- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers, our service costs you nothing. We get paid by the person whose home you buy. For sellers, the fee is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer is planning on selling their home, we usually meet the customer at their home, look at it from a buyer's standpoint, make notes for both the seller and ourselves, and provide a market analysis showing what similar homes are currently selling for. If the customer is planning on buying a home, we usually meet the client at our office where we go over the home buying process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have continuing education that keeps us on top of current trends. Melania has her broker's license, which means she is well versed in real estate law and correct procedures. Melania also has her Accredited Buyer Representation, which means she knows how to protect the buyer's interest in the purchasing of a home. Both Jim and Melania have our Certified Skilled Negotiator designations, which means they can negotiate you the best deal in both selling and purchasing.
