About this pro
did not get a chance to work with him he was over budget for us does not give a free consult so would be hard for me to commit to 85 dollars a sessionJul 29, 2018Verified
My wife and I met Daniel for the first time and are excited to continue meeting with him. He has a very calm demeanor, remained engaged throughout our session, and asked thought-provoking questions that elicited enlightening responses. Despite only meeting with him one time, my wife and I are certain that Daniel will be able to help us strengthen our marriage.Jan 16, 2018
This has been a very difficult time for my family and Daniel Gopin has shown himself to be kind, caring and easy to speak with. I look forward to working with him more as my husband and I move toward healing our marriageDec 18, 2017VerifiedDaniel G.'s reply

It was a great experience working with Daniel. I look forward to our future sessions. I know our first one was a little everywhere but I truly believe that Daniel will help us reach the results we are seekingNov 12, 2017VerifiedDaniel G.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a variety of packages and discounts depending upon the needs of my clients. I recognize that therapy is not cheap, and I try to meet my clients' needs. I do not accept insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, clients will call for an initial 15 minute phone conversation. This allows me to get a sense of what they're struggling with and whether I can be of assistance. The first session lasts for 45 minutes. With regards to marriage counseling, very often 45 minutes doesn't suffice and in future sessions we'll meet for either 75 or 90 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my masters in clinical community counseling at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. At that time, I completed my internship at a private day school. After moving to Atlanta, I began working in private practice at Trillium Springs in Marietta. Additionally, I work at JF&CS in Dunwoody.
