- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the variables involved in estimating landscaping and waterproofing, it is difficult to give a ball park figure. There may be obstructions, poor access or obstacles not discussed in the phone conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! Every thing, that is proposed to be done, is without unknown changes, implemented as proposed. If there are necessary field adjustments, they are first discussed with the customer, before proceeding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 27 years of field experience in landscape installation and 17 years of waterproofing. Contour, light and elevation issues are not taught in many institutions. They are encountered in the field. Our knowledge is based on the many years, that we have dealt with the hydro static issues other companies are yet to encounter.
