Honesty is the best policy! I find that being honest and straightforward with my clients is what earns me respect and in turn earns business and friends for life. Spending time with buyers and sellers helping them achieve their home ownership goals. I personally attend every one of my real estate closings. There is nothing better than sitting at the closing table with a buyer or seller and seeing the smile on their face at the end.

    This was a fantastic experience! Martina saved the day and was a true professional. Our 23 year old son accepted an out of town job in Atlanta. We knew nothing about the city but were in need of a condo for his relocation in only two weeks. Having never met Martina, we connected on a Friday. She listened to our situation, asked the right questions and dug right in..... Within one hour she had my son linked into a personal website that let us interact with properties that met his criteria. She also sent him "homework" to be prepared for the rental process. She checked in with us often and answered every question we had...during the day, evenings, and weekends. We arrived in Atlanta well prepared. Since our time was limited, Martina had many great suggestions for us example - drive to the neighborhoods and properties, complete trial runs from those properties to the work location. Since traffic in Atlanta is very serious, this by far was the best advice. Martina then arranged for showings of the properties our son selected. We had only one day to view and select a property. She was on top of everything and linked in ....twice a property was rented before our showing but… several times a property hit the list while we were on the go. Being extremely flexible, Martina would just turn around and arrange a visit of the new property. Within six hours, we waded through a list of about ten properties. By dinner, our son selected, applied for and began the rental process. Gratefully, Martina has been fully engaged through the entire process. We called Martina at 9:30 one evening. She never failed to respond and we did not ever feel like we were bothering her. Martina was on top of everything... anticipating and identifying both issues and solutions. After encountering several difficulties with the property management company (none of this Martina's fault), her vast knowledge and advice was available to guide us to resolution. The best part is that Martina treated us like family. She totally got where we were coming from.... not just the physical move but the emotional part as well.. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Martina. What a wonderful real estate professional!

    Working with Martina was great! The portal she set up for us helped us see new homes with our specific needs immediately, and she was always quickly available to help us see the home in person. She helped us to get our necessary documents together in advance, and was always on top of the homes we were interested in!

    Fantastic Realtor, Went Above and Beyond, Highly Recommend!!
    My husband had accepted a job in Roswell, GA in mid September with a start date in mid October. This meant packing, tying up loose ends, selling our home in Austin, TX and relocating a family of 4 plus pets in a matter of weeks. Our realtor in Austin reached out to Martina, explained our situation and the urgency to find a rental home. Martina went above and beyond in this situation to assist. With in hours of speaking with our TX realtor she had found 15 homes that met our criteria for consideration. After reviewing the homes we selected 6 we really liked. During rush hour she drove to these homes and used Skype to do walk throughs of the properties so we could see them 900 miles away. After the walk throughs and with her assistance we decided on a home. Martina contacted the management company then we submitted a rental application that was accepted the next day! This literally all happen over the course of 3.5 days. She has since followed up to see how we are doing and address any concerns we may have. She truly is a fantastic realtor who has a great work ethic, attention to details and understood the urgency of our situation and made it as stress free as possible! We will definitely be contacting her in the future when we are ready to purchase a home. With great confidence we would recommend her to all of our friends and colleagues.


What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have any standard pricing systems. However, I offer pricing on a case by case basis when working with seller clients. When representing a buyer, my fee is paid by the seller in the form of a selling agent commission.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a system for working with new clients. We first conduct a phone interview to answer any preliminary questions. I then schedule a one on one at my office or a mutual meeting location. If you are a new buyer, this one on one meeting is critical to get to know one another. If you are a home seller, our one on one will be at your home after a Pre-listing Interview is conducted over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly updating my skills by attending various Continuing Education Courses. I have the following Professional Designations: REALTOR - National Association of Realtors and abide by a specific Code of Ethics ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative SRS - Seller Representative Specialist
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 2005 working with Top Producing Real Estate Agents as their Office Manager and/or Transaction Coordinator. I have closed more than 1,000 transactions in my career and have seen just about every pitfall there is in a real estate transaction. I am known as the "Solution Finder" by by piers. If there is a challenge, I can usually come up with a solution. This out of the box thinking has awarded me excellent reviews, repeat and referral clients throughout my career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From the very seasoned home buyer and seller to the first time home buyer; I have worked with them all.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Typically a real estate transaction from searching for a home to meeting at the closing table is a 60-90 day process. Every client I have worked with has been a joy. I feel like when I walk away from the table and I have made a friend, it was a huge success.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do you research. Do not hire the first one to respond to your request. Interview multiple people and look at their online reviews. Public opinion says a lot. Ask to speak with past clients as well by printing out past sales and just randomly picking 2 clients to call.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long have you been in business? How many transactions have you successfully closed? How many transactions have fallen through? Do you have an organized system to get my home on the market or to help me find a home? Can you show me that system?
