- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have any standard pricing systems. However, I offer pricing on a case by case basis when working with seller clients. When representing a buyer, my fee is paid by the seller in the form of a selling agent commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a system for working with new clients. We first conduct a phone interview to answer any preliminary questions. I then schedule a one on one at my office or a mutual meeting location. If you are a new buyer, this one on one meeting is critical to get to know one another. If you are a home seller, our one on one will be at your home after a Pre-listing Interview is conducted over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly updating my skills by attending various Continuing Education Courses. I have the following Professional Designations: REALTOR - National Association of Realtors and abide by a specific Code of Ethics ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative SRS - Seller Representative Specialist
