- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have decided you want to work with us, we will gather more details from you, making sure that get to the fine detail about what you want. We normally do this over email, but we are happy to Skype or talk over the telephone. When we are comfortable that we have everything we need, we will get started on your project. We will provide updates depending on your requirements, and will provide ongoing communication to make sure everything is ok. When the project is finished, we will give you the work to check, if the customer is not happy, we will continue to work with you until you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience working with businesses, students and higher education. I have a PhD, MBA, MeD, MSc and BSc, all from top-tier universities in the UK and all with first class passes. I am a trained proofreader and copyrighter, transcriber and writer as well as being a published author internationally.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work about 10 years ago when I was asked to start proofreading and editing Theses and dissertations for students I was working with. I continued doing this whilst working with businesses in the UK checking customer documents and writing policies. I love writing, creating and communicating!
