- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For flat rate projects, I require 50% payment up front and the other 50% before delivery of the final files. For hourly projects, I accept payment at regular project checkpoints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every quote includes a free 15-minute consultation. We will discuss your project and answer questions. I begin work on a project after a contract has been signed and a 50% deposit has been paid. Depending on the type of project, the first round of concepts will be presented within 2-5 business days after the deposit is received. Client selects a concept to revise. Each round of revisions can take up to 2 business days. Once a final solution is selected and payment is received, the final package of files is delivered to the client.
