I am still impressed very professional skilled personal trainer. me and my daughter signed up and we both loved it also trainer is very good with modifications due to my back injury and knee replacement. Loved my PT sessions

Love this trainer I am very skeptical about the trainers that I choose. At first I was only interested in a female trainer. But once I sat down for my free assessment I seen how professional this individual was paperwork and month to month agreement no contact was already set for me to fill out. Signed up for only one day of personal training and then signed up for 3 days a week great price for the value wow.

Signed up for 3 month in advance for personal training last year in July and received a month free also Lost 6% body fat and gained 14 lb of muscle very impressed with the inbody machine for my monthly fitness assessment.
