- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Final pricing can be provided after a free in home cleaning estimate. Both size and frequency will reduce price of cleaning. For pet stains the best we could offer is a free in house black light inspection. Black light will help determine size and difficulty of removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Basic process is 3 steps 1- Pre inspection, estimate at this point if you decide we are not who the company you could ask us to leave or time to think about it. You owe me nothing 2.-Schedule cleaning time and logistics. This could even be during same visit or same day 3-Prevacuum. I will vacuum all areas we are cleaning. Vacuuming is key to a good cleaning. 4.- Carpet is cleaned with the method you and I determine is best to obtain the best results within your budget 5.-Final walk through, here I point out to you how to keep your carpet clean longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?IICRC certified almost 20 years ago. During this time I have constantly been attending seminars and trade shows as for acquiring certifications in other cleaning services.
