If you are currently an independently sustaining a regular program longer than 6 months, I applaud you; with those, sometimes, hard-earned hours, you understand the benefits it has provided you. On the other hand, for that sedentary and less motivated lifestyles, you understand this is absolutely an important area that must be changed. If you don’t grow stronger, physically, it becomes more challenging to grow stronger mentally. Engage in our program; be a part of something great, and watch it greatly develop. My name is Tony Craig – Born and originated from Tulalip and raised in the PNW. I have a fire and passion behind what I do, like nobody else. I study programming daily and discover solutions to those everyday struggles on the entire fitness approach. Today with the growing market for the health and fitness industry, it’s difficult to understand – proper form, structure, rest intervals, weight and repetition ratio, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, micronutrients. The list goes on and on with numerous decades of science-based studies – it may seem overwhelming! That’s why I do what I do, I’m here to cut out the guesswork. I have designed and written books that we utilize to help you understand all points of living a healthful lifestyle. It is my absolute goal to provide you with all the tools, resources, tips, tricks and hacks to get to your fitness goals and beyond. No more flailing away at those seemingly distant goals. You have found the right trainer for your needs.
At my training studio, we love to change it up! We’re always shocking the body, by doing so it can never truly “adapt” to our strength gains. Let me take care of the structure, and share our skills and knowledge of the continued benefits you will reap.
