- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we hop on a quick 30 minute call to dig deep and figure out exactly how we can help and if our services are whats best for the intended customer. Should they become a client we will then start a profile and compile a report that our dedicated resource will use to guide the branding of our client. We create the profile by getting to the root of our client's business, figuring out why they are in business and learn what inspired them in the first place. We put all of that into their brand and our efforts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff is college educated with a bachelors degree in marketing, social media marketing, or sales. They also have 2+ years of experience in the social media marketing field. Additionally they all boast their own impressive following, displaying true passion with their work here at Ahamix.
