FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a price is given, there will be no additional costs, unless additional items or services are added to the project and both parties agree on the amount for the add-on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is meeting with the customer at the job site. Having a visual overview for us is important for quoting an accurate price. Taking “before” pictures of the project area is typical during this step. Next is discussing materials if needed. Different materials have a definite impact on the cost of a project. The next step is setting up a timeline for starting and completing the project. Everybody being on the same page is important to satisfied customers and contractors. Lastly, is the final walkthrough. Walking around a completed project with the customer gives both parties the chance to see, what is essentially going to be, the contractors reputation. Satisfied customers are what makes or breaks a contractors ability to continually get hired. Happy customers = more jobs. Taking “after” pictures of the project area is typical during this step also.
