Introduction: ICS has the utmost respect for people’s personal property and their time. If anything is damaged in the prosses of construction it will be replaced for its full value. We provide a full safety program that meets/ exceeds OSHA requirements. A copy of this program will be provided to the owner/engineer upon request. Job Site Analysis including a list of all material providers and sub-contractors (if equitable) will be provided to the owner/engineer before the start of the job. All documents including shop drawings and inspection reports filled by ICS for internal use will be copied and given to the owner/engineer. Before work commences ICS will schedule a pre-job walk through with the owner/engineer to discuss plans for completion of the project. At the end of each phase of work ICS will schedule a meeting with the owner/engineer to discuss on timelines, and completion dates for the next phase of work. Innovative Contractor Solutions is looking at changing the way construction accounts, projects and business is performed. By taking the conventional task analysis, and enhancing the flow of information in real time on an administrative schedule that is based on a projects specific needs. This will allow us to get immediate feedback and encourage solutions to the problems before they ever become an issue. We also believe this can raise productivity and overall job performance. The Analysis format can show use more detailed relations to past, current, and future projects that can be categorized and developed. Then we can make the project management specific to the requirements of that account. Which intern will make each project become unique to its own design and lower cost by executing critical tasks more efficiently. I hired them to replace this fake wood paneling in our den. They suggested drywalling over the paneling which was fine. From the first day it became abundantly clear we were just a quick side project over the holiday, so the job ended up looking like a rushed mess. They hung the drywall flush with the carpet rather than the ceiling, which now forces us to put some kind of molding up top too rather than just the bottom trim. Around the patio door, corner trim was used but wasn't made flush so the door catches the wall every time you open it. And finally, the most discouraging part, was a railing that needed to be worked around. We were told it would be difficult but doable. The result was a butchered railing that was shimmed into place and left detached from the wall, which obviously is a safety hazard now. In fact, upon closer inspection, the mounting was off center so they put more corner molding on the wall to have some where to drill it in. Now we can a 1/8-1/2" protrusion rather than it being flush with the other wall. I never gave a timeline on when it need to be finish but it was rushed the whole time. I much rather would have been told the job is too difficult or needs more time than left with more problems than I started with. They did respond to me about a solution of brackets and wood filler, but that was unsatisfactory because it would look awful. It was never addressed as a major mistake instead was giving an "only option"rather than a refund.

We only use the most skilled carpenters and construction workers for or team, all employees are drug tested and have a OSHA 10 qualification in safety.
