- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free estimate for each new customer. My base price is $25 per hour, per Maid. I typically send out 2 maids for each job. How long each job will take requires a walk thru. Pricing is based on each job and payment is due the day of the cleaning. I currently accept cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come for a walk thru, talk about what you would like done and how often. Based on that I will give you an estimate. If you decide to hire my company, I will put you on the schedule and go over the details with the cleaners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I provide on going training for each employee.
