Do NOT use Brighton LLC unless you have a considerable amount of time & money to waste! Communicated with John for over a week, bought the material and answered every question he had about the project. After setting a time to start the project (next day) he messages me that after looking at the photos (photos I sent a week before) he can’t complete the project because there’s existing tile that needs to be removed. Then he tells me I was being dishonest by not disclosing all the information…..it clearly states in the Thumbtack description “Yes, existing tile needs to be removed”, and I also sent him several photos that clearly show the existing tile. After rescheduling my work week to accommodate him I was left to start the whole process all over again. Good luck to anyone who decides to use this company.
