Cheryl B. says, "Seth is so nice and so professional! He came out immediately after I contacted him and did a very thorough assessment and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate for the work. They replaced a leaking overhang on my patio, repaired, re-tiled a leaking bench in my shower as well as repaired and repainted the wall that was damaged from it. They said it would take 3 days for the job and it only took 2. The work completed is beautiful and just what I wanted. Seth is very detail oriented and I appreciate that so much."See more

I was a little concerned about facts he had forgotten that we had talked about and he had to go back and fix or change something based on what I said a few times. Once project was delivered, he had to cut holes for cords and ventilation that should of been done at his work shop. He admitted to forgetting about it. He also had a problem with hanging a wall unit in my bathroom due to not finding the studs. But he did get the job done. I would hire him again, but would make sure all details were written down so measurements and extras wouldn't be forgotten."See more

Rafael transformed a basement laundry room into a combined laundry room and bathroom. I didn't want anything fancy; I just wanted something functional. This is precisely what he did. Other vendors didn't understand that concept and tried to talk me into much more, and of course, charge much more. Rafael showed up every morning on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the work and am already discussing more projects with him. This is a small room, so it's hard to take good pics.

These guys are true artisans. I've worked with many contractors and Rafael and crew are leaps and bounds better than my past experiences. - Collaborative: I had a vision for our basement remodel but there were many impracticalities or flaws. Rafael provided his perspective and politely helped me to transform this vision. - Range of expertise: From framing, sheetrock, mudding, painting, to designing centerpiece quality stairs, to installing luxury laminate flooring, glass shower panels, shiplap walls, sinks, sump pumps (for shower, toilet, and sink), to intermediate HVAC and plumbing. Rafael and team know when to hire specialists but often times they can handle these things themselves, saving time and $. - Professionalism: There were many times that I changed plans, bought the wrong supplies, and other inconveniences and his team was always so well poised, polite and flexible. I've already booked him for the next project which will be converting our underside of the porch to a screened in porch. Looking forward to working with him on other projects.
