Communication was solid, timelines were mostly on track, and if something needed to be adjusted he actually took care of it instead of cutting corners.What I liked most is that he really cares about how things turn out. Not just getting it done, but making sure it looks right and holds up. You can tell hes done both custom homes and renovations because he catches details a lot of people would miss.The final result came out super clean and doesnt feel like an add-on, it actually flows with the house.Overall really happy with how it turned out. Ray C. says, "Blake came out and turned my vision into a reality, he came with his skid and graded out to spreads gravel under my deck so i would never have any issues with stuff i store under it, explained to me what a cantilever deck is and how it is the best option to go with, and got it done in 3 days!!! he is an amazing person and a even better worker, i would do business with him time and time again, he makes me want to build a deck for my deck!"See more

Rafael transformed a basement laundry room into a combined laundry room and bathroom. I didn't want anything fancy; I just wanted something functional. This is precisely what he did. Other vendors didn't understand that concept and tried to talk me into much more, and of course, charge much more. Rafael showed up every morning on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the work and am already discussing more projects with him. This is a small room, so it's hard to take good pics.

These guys are true artisans. I've worked with many contractors and Rafael and crew are leaps and bounds better than my past experiences. - Collaborative: I had a vision for our basement remodel but there were many impracticalities or flaws. Rafael provided his perspective and politely helped me to transform this vision. - Range of expertise: From framing, sheetrock, mudding, painting, to designing centerpiece quality stairs, to installing luxury laminate flooring, glass shower panels, shiplap walls, sinks, sump pumps (for shower, toilet, and sink), to intermediate HVAC and plumbing. Rafael and team know when to hire specialists but often times they can handle these things themselves, saving time and $. - Professionalism: There were many times that I changed plans, bought the wrong supplies, and other inconveniences and his team was always so well poised, polite and flexible. I've already booked him for the next project which will be converting our underside of the porch to a screened in porch. Looking forward to working with him on other projects.
