The 3 upstairs bedrooms we did in a Carrara Marble hexagon flooring and the laundry room was done in a blue slate herringbone pattern. *to be noted* this is our dream home and therefore our expectations are very high (we are picky). Victor went ABOVE and beyond to ensure everything was done to our expectations and if there was something we did not like he ensured the end result was something we would be happy with. We have dealt with a lot of contractors in rehabbing our home and by far Art of Stone met and exceeded our expectations. We absolutely would recommend him for any future work. And value for value - his pricing was also reasonable and fair."See more

Rafael transformed a basement laundry room into a combined laundry room and bathroom. I didn't want anything fancy; I just wanted something functional. This is precisely what he did. Other vendors didn't understand that concept and tried to talk me into much more, and of course, charge much more. Rafael showed up every morning on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the work and am already discussing more projects with him. This is a small room, so it's hard to take good pics.

These guys are true artisans. I've worked with many contractors and Rafael and crew are leaps and bounds better than my past experiences. - Collaborative: I had a vision for our basement remodel but there were many impracticalities or flaws. Rafael provided his perspective and politely helped me to transform this vision. - Range of expertise: From framing, sheetrock, mudding, painting, to designing centerpiece quality stairs, to installing luxury laminate flooring, glass shower panels, shiplap walls, sinks, sump pumps (for shower, toilet, and sink), to intermediate HVAC and plumbing. Rafael and team know when to hire specialists but often times they can handle these things themselves, saving time and $. - Professionalism: There were many times that I changed plans, bought the wrong supplies, and other inconveniences and his team was always so well poised, polite and flexible. I've already booked him for the next project which will be converting our underside of the porch to a screened in porch. Looking forward to working with him on other projects.
