I had the unfortunate experience of trying to work with these guys and would recommend you look elsewhere if you want to work with someone that communicates well and honors their word.
The facts are as follows:
1. After a week or so of collecting quotes from contractors I went with Highline. I was told on 8/26/19 via text that they were booked out for 3 weeks. I agreed to wait and asked if someone would contact me to schedule. There was no response.
2. After a week I reached out again and asked where we stood on the scheduling. The gentleman apologized for the delayed response and said they were 2 weeks out and I asked him then if I was on his schedule which he confirmed.
3. Three weeks passed with no contact from Highline. I texted again on 9/24/19 asking what day and time they were going to be coming to do the much needed repairs to our fence. He responded that they could come out on Wednesday of the following week (after confirming that I was scheduled for the week prior) but if I couldn't wait that long he understood if I called someone else. I explained to him how he had strung me along for a month and I didn't appreciate his lying to me or the lack of communication. The gentleman responded that he's trying hard to run a business and feels he does a good job but isn't perfect but that he makes it right if he does make a mistake, then he asked if I wanted to call someone else again. I explained to him that I really needed the repairs ASAP as our fence is leaning badly and we have dogs that I'm afraid will get out. I told him I expected him to come out the following Wednesday and I hoped that he could "make it right". His response was that they would be out the next week and that he would confirm the schedule with me next week.
4. As you may have guessed by now, the next morning I received another text telling me they weren't coming because we were not a "good fit" after thinking about it.
These facts are indisputable.
From my perspective the owner of Highline Fence Restoration seems like a nice person, but he is sorely lacking in integrity and character. He promised he would be out in a couple of weeks and didn't show up or call. He then promised he would make the problem right and now has declined to even honor his word at all, leaving me now having to start from scratch. At this point, in a way I think Tyler is doing me a favor in declining to come because I have no reason to believe he will honor his word in any way, including the price he quoted. Therefore in return for the favor, my advice to this young man is to find another occupation where honoring your word to your customers isn't important.

My gate wouldnt close right, and hadnt since we moved in. Gave these guys a call, they explained what needed to be done, and made it happen in a very timely fashion.
