I feel fantastic! I'm waking up dormant muscles, and learning how my eating habits are sabotaging my fitness efforts. Jim Chenoweth is great, not pushy and overbearing but rather knowledgeable and encouraging. You won't get off easy - you have to do the work, but he guides you through it with education on targeted muscles, guidance on proper form, diet tips, and always the encouragement that you can do this! I leave feeling good about my efforts and ready to push ahead, rather than discouraged and ready to quit. And I'm seeing the results: increased energy, feeling stronger, and beginning to lose unwanted inches in targeted areas. I just feel better, and am looking forward to continued progress as my training continues!

I have been training with James for the past 8 months or so. I love the one-on-one personal training. It is geared towards what my needs and wants are. I have lost weight and seen improvements. I would highly recommend James.
