We wee not able to complete this project because the customer had two very aggressive cats that were very dominant about territory of the home. The customer became enraged at our suggestion to please put her cats away because we were in the process of being attacked by her two cats. The customer stated that the home belonged to the cats. We had to cease cleaning the home for fear of being attacked by the customer's cats. We were very professional and polite despite being under a verbal profane assault by the customer. As we were leaving one of the cats would sit by the door on the sofa in an attack position as we tried to leave. We were very fortunate to leave the home with being harmed by the customer's cats.
