- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically do hourly rates, but I also can provide a flat rate for certain jobs. Such as 1-5 pieces of furniture needing to be moved or an in-house moving job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact them immediately or they receive a quick response from myself. From that point I briefly talk with the client about their move and what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 2 moving companies, prior to becoming the owner of my company. I also have a degree in business management.
