My business do have a sheet that I go by that has a list of things I offer for DEEP CLEAN and BASIC HOUSE CLEAN service, this way my client and I can be on the same accord. Some people do want services done that's not on my list and these things are considered as SPECIFICS and these things will be discussed with the client. Most of my cleaning is complete after 4 to 5 hours depends on the size of the homes and a 2 to 3 hour basis for apartments. HOURS ARE: Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ONLY!!!
I have over 3 years of experience in the cleaning business. Most of my clients are not home when I clean because we have gotten to that level of trust. But regards if you are home or away you can trust myself and my assistant to do a thorough job and know that your home is in good hands. I'd prefer to have repeat clients and look forward to a long working relationship with you.
For my clients that have animals I do not bring my own equipment (vacuum, mop) and usually uses my clients personal equipment. I do bring ALL cleaning supplies to clean the premises. I prefer to do a walk through of any home I retain, this gives me an idea how many assistants to use, and to let my clients know if the quote I submitted will be more or less. Once I do a walk through an initial quote will be given during this time to inform you if the price will be different than what is quoted on this page.
A LOT of potential clients on this site has asked for photos. Sorry, but I value my clients privacy and my submitting photos of my clients homes on a social network site is not professional at all. My clients privacy get the upmost respect from me because your home is your castle. I can submit you with references upon request.
I love meeting new people and building a relationship with them. I love the feel of different environments but most of all I love making people smile once they see the beautiful job I have done. I have been doing this for awhile and have regular clients that I serve but I am hoping to meet more beautiful people on here and to serve a larger area.
