A tree fell tagging the edge of my roof resulting in damage to the roof and gutter which caused water to pour in the bathroom window when it rained. Mr Austill took a look at the damage and immediately got to work. In no time the job was done to my satisfaction and I've had no problems in that area since. He is a trustworthy individual who takes pride in his work. He has my recommendation.

    We generally do not charge for estimates. Our pricing depends on the job at hand, and what exactly the customer wants. We make a point to work with them as much as possible.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We set up an appointment to look at the job in question. By having a visual, we feel we can do the best job at the best price for all. We also like to talk to our customer to get a feel for their day to day lifestyle so that we can get to know them and make sure we can interrupt that as little as possible.
