I started with Brian at Forever Fit a little over a year ago. He changed how I worked out and helped me rebuild my leg and core strength after a serious knee injury a couple of years prior. Then, after the holidays, we got serious about changing my diet and modified it to something I could sustain. From March to May I lost 17 lbs as part of a challenge bet that I made with Brian, and the weight loss kept going from there. I have now lost 35 lbs and am in the best shape of my adult life at 38 years old. Best of all, I am carrying as much muscle or possibly more than I was previously, and have cut my body fat percentage in half. In addition to Brian, Darius is also excellent. Some days I see Darius instead due to my hectic schedule always being in flux, and I appreciate the two of them being flexible and accommodating me so easily. All in all I would highly recommend Forever Fit, but only if you are at the point where you are serious about getting results. These guys are committed, so if you are too then give them a call. Brian and his staff do an excellent job at knowing how to get the best results on a client by client basis. They make sure each workout is beneficial and enjoyable!

Great gym and trainers. Not crowded and friendly clientele. Great trainers that work to meet your needs and help achieve what you want.
