He called this morning 10:30 a.m. 5/13/2016 and said he would be out here between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. I waited until after 5:00 p.m. for him and he did not call and did not show up.
Needless to say I am not very hppy with him and will not depend on him again. I have someone coming next week. Sorry.
