Mobile Veterinary Service

Introduction: After working for several small animal clinics and realizing the need for a mobile service, I wanted to be able to provide that not only for convenience to my clients but to also reduce stress and anxiety for my patients that traveling and standard veterinary visits may cause for them. With my ability to travel to you, I can accommodate busy client schedules as well as elderly individuals and those that may have a limiting disability which make it difficult or impossible to get their baby to the vet's office when they need it. I also get the opportunity to observe your pet in his natural environment, which will allow me to get a more accurate picture of potential issues or certain behaviors and how I can recommend and offer solutions. You'd be amazed by how many patients I've seen in an exam room setting that have had a significant limp or issue at home but that completely disappears once I see them in the exam room! Stress and anxiety from other animals and new environments cause animals to develop "survival mode" behavior, so they'll intentionally hide any weakness (even if painful) in attempt to protect themselves from vulnerability to other animals or threats. This makes my ability to diagnose or localize the problem very difficult without expensive diagnostics. If I can see them behave where they are most comfortable, I have a much better chance to determine where or what the problem might be. From annual exams and preventive care to treatments I can provide them at home, you have the power and ability to improve their quality of life, maintain their overall health, and even increase their life span to be able to love and be with you longer without the stress, time, resources, and cost of having to take them to an established office. I love being able to help owners take care of their pets by making it easier on them and more convenient for their schedule or situation as well as minimizing stress and anxiety for my patients. My ability to travel to my clients not only helps them and their 4-legged babies, but it keeps me out of the traditional office setting (which I love) and I am able to take more time to explain and educate owners on their pet's health without the pressure of other clients in the lobby still waiting to be seen. With this method of care and service, I am more flexible to accommodate to the owner's life and pet's specific needs. I feel like I can give better, more personalized service by offering more individualized care to my patients while minimizing their stress and anxiety when performing my services in their home where they are more comfortable. As a single mother of a toddler, I understand the importance and value of time management needed for busy schedules as well as limiting resources or factors that may compromise your ability to give your pet what you want them to have: quality care and healthy lives. So I wanted to develop a business that incorporated all of these concerns and needs in my mobile Veterinary service to you!
