What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will provide a basic idea of what they have in mind for the project, as well as a deadline. I will email a proof to the client. The client will then provide feedback to let me know if it's going in the right direction. I will make any needed corrections and then electronically send the finished file. The client then can send the file to a printer.
