FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple and very easy to understand. Sodding runs anywhere from 75¢ - $1.25 a square foot, fencing is priced by an eight foot section ($155 for pine and $185 for cedar), I charge $80 per yard of mulch (that's bringing it and laying it), I always send my customers a detailed quote with everything itemized when the estimate is complete, and most importantly ALL ESTIMATES ARE FREE!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like I said before I've worked with many many different types of people but the most important thing when meeting a client for the first time is to just be friendly. Even if we do not decide to work together it's always nice to meet someone new! If we decide that we are a fit for each other trust is the most important thing on business. Things happen whether it be the weather or any unfortunate circumstances but having good communication can go a long way! We strive to be the best and my work says so itself!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in architecture, I studied landscape architecture early in college, and I was the plant specialist for Lowe's while I was college. I've learned so much over the years and have perfected my craft. I have a method to how we sod, install fences, do flowerbeds, clean up leaves, and I have acquired the right people and equipment throughout my time of business!
