- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our logo and brand design process is unique in that it is a collaborative process in which we design your logos together with you giving me your ideas and I design your logo literally in front of your eyes during my exclusive Brand Design Intensive Session! This reduces the hassle of the back and forth that clients face with most designers and your entire brand can be created in 2 hours! The Brand Design Intensive includes design of your moodboard/inspiration board, brand colors, brand fonts, logo drafts, final logos (primary, alternate and submark), and all of your brand elements on a brand board for reference! The price for this service is $500 and spaces are limited! Our streamlined website design process is also unique as we have perfected our design process to create your new website in as little as 1 week (for a basic 5-7 page website)! Our Website Design prices begins at $1500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting us and receiving a quote I will send you a link to schedule a free 30 minute Project Consultation where we will sit down and talk through your design needs! If you agree to go forward with your design project, I will send you a contract and invoice to secure or spot on my calendar. After payment, you will be booked in our calendar for your Brand Design Session, or Website Design project and I will set up a shared Google Drive folder in which I will share your assets with you and give you your client homework workbooks to better understand your goals for your brand or Squarespace website. Then on the day that your project begins I will schedule a call via Zoom to design your brand, or if you have chosen the Squareapsce website option to go over your assets and answer any questions you may have! If you have chosen the Brand Design Intensive we will co-create your entire brand in 2 hours!! If you have chosen the Website Design option I will design your website for you within 1 week! When I have finished your Squarespace website, we will have a 1:1 training session where I will teach you how to modify and make any changes to your Squarespace website! This session is recorded and will be uploaded to your Google Drive folder for you to refer to any time you need to!
