- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax preparation is based on the forms that need to be filled out and the amount of legwork I will need to do. For instance, if you come in with a shoebox of receipts versus a detailed ledger with the backup you will pay a little bit more. When providing bookkeeping and payroll services I price for the type of work and what will work best for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to chat on the phone to ensure I understand the needs of the client and can provide the service they are looking for. An in person free consultation is provided upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degree in accounting and have worked in the industry since 1994.
