Introduction: The difference between me and others is that I focus more on the mental aspect side of things to help you get a grip on the mind muscle connection during my sessions. Every single time you come in you will be better than you were last time. I train out of a private studio no gym memberships or fees just training. Training is my passion. I breath it. Everything I've done through working out and lifting I give to my Clients/friends/family getting results and being in a great environment.

Dylan is an awesome trainer!!!! I've had a few different trainers over the last ten years & he has been the best. I've seen fast results (more muscle & lower body fat) in a short period of time. I love that he really pushes you & cares about helping you meet your goals. He defiantly goes above and beyond the standard training I have received in large chain facilities. The value of what his program offers is well above the cost. Bikini season here I come!

I've been working with Dylan as my personal trainer for a few months now and all I can say is he is absolutely Awesome! When I started seeing Dylan I had certain goals I wanted to attain as far as muscle growth and with his vast knowledge about weight training and dieting I am going to reach the goals. The other thing I like about working with Dylan is that he really cares about you as a client and helping you achieve your goals and from what I have personally seen when it comes to personal trainers, that is rare. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone be it male or female who is looking for an outstanding trainer.

Dont let his name fool you. Dylan was an outstanding personal trainer. He can motivate you without the in your face experience. He was excellent in offering nutrition assistance and frequently followed up with my at home assignments for working out.

I've been really happy with my sessions with Dylan- he's kind, encouraging, and approachable. I also love that he switches things up from time to time! Between sets, he helps me problem solve regarding obstacles I'm facing with eating clean, motivation, problem areas, etc. Dylan has given me new tools for my fitness & wellness journey.

Dylan is an amazing trainer. He is very professional and informative, and at the same time personable and made me feel comfortable. He pushes in the right direction. The training i recieved helped me greatly in achieving the goals i had for my physical health!!
