FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every bride is different. So every flower order is priced on a bride-by-bride basis. The cost includes materials, labor, delivery, and set up. Everything is adjustable to suit budget and time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to set up a consultation with the customer. There, I will show the customer what I have come up with as far as style, colors, and flower combinations. I have a book of all the flowers I have access to, with the color variations, so the customer is free to look through it and make any changed they want. Once I finish one component of their order (bridal bouquet, centerpiece, etc), I will send pictures to the customer to make sure I am on the right track with the design. This will be the opportunity to make any changes. I will then finish the order. I can either deliver the flowers early, and the customer can set them up on their wedding day, or I can wait and deliver them the day before or day of and help set them up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal education or training in wedding flowers. I just have a passion for helping brides save some money and a love for creating beautiful pieces that will last a lifetime.
