- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically charge $25 a room for carpet cleaning and the size of the room doesn't matter (hallways and closets are free) We charge 25 cents a square feet for tile and grout cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer any questions or concerns they have. We also make sure they show us every stain, problem area, or any area they are concern with to us before starting our work. We want our customers to know that we care what they think and feel comfortable with us in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have served church missions in foreign countries. Had college level education and are thoroughly trained in carpet cleaning and restoration work (carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery, flood extraction etc.).
