We use a software that is designed for a fair standard industry pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We place a phone call to make appointment send a supervisor to meet the customer and explain or take notes of the job in detail.Once agreed they are hiring ADT we will have the crew come out introduce them to customer and go over job with all of them.This allows everyone to be on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ADT is State certified in water mitigation and Mold remediation by IICRC
