First star: He's punctual. We set an appointment for 10:30 am on a SUNDAY, which was last minute by the way. Second star: He's respectful. Dale arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule and texted me when he arrived at our community gate, asking if I was ready for him. Third star: He's a professional. He took one look at the location of the fan and knew what he needed and how to accomplish it. I don't think he looked at the installation guide once. It was apparent this wasn't his first rodeo. After he completed, he made sure it was working fine. Fourth star: He cleaned up the work area. It was clear he takes pride in his work. The bathroom doesn't look like anyone had touched it, except for the new fan. Fifth star: He's honest. I paid him a little more than what we negotiated as a tip for a job well done. He messaged me as I was writing this review asking me if he could bring back some change. A little honesty goes a long way. In summary, we've already discussed our next project, installing cabinets in a laundry room. Do yourself a favor and hire Dale. You won't be disappointed.

Clean your act up and your car is a disgusting mess with tools all twisted up with debris. That should have been my first clue! You were going to conduct a horror show and I stopped you because you were not doing the job right. Don't take advantage of people making a quick buck, he asked for $250.00 for drywall repair. I hired another handyman off of Thumbtack that same day, he has been working 8-10 hours a day everyday all week and is still working for me, Irish Home Improvements, with all the projects I have dreamed about. Dale Williams was hired and lasted 1 hour. He went to Home Depot and bought the wrong size thickness of drywall, wrong type. I needed green board for a bathroom wall, wasting my $ and building materials, then asked me to give him the $ he spent. I gave him more money for his 1 hour he spent going to Home Depot than what he spent there and he took the box of my drywall screws I paid for. So for him to come back and lie on Thumbtack just proves what kind of dishonest person he really is.

I apologize that I wasn't able to complete the work that someone else messed up, in the manner in which you thought it should be done. I didn't purposely take the screws. Dale was great. We were comfortable with him in our home and his expertise to get the job done. It ended up being a lot more difficult then we thought it would be but he stayed positive and kept working until we finished. I strongly recommend Dale.
