Marriage and Family Therapy, Kelsey Blythe

Introduction: Kelsey Blythe is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT-10537). Her passion is to help her clients restore connection and repair their most important relationships. She believes all people need love and connection, and that unfortunately we can become stuck in negative cycles that affect each other, even when we are making our best effort to maintain the relationships. Kelsey helps her clients to have new healthy interactions and to experience a deeper, more vulnerable, connection. Though change is not easy and often frightening, she believes the best thing she can do for her clients is to help them to have the strength and worthiness to ask for connection, and to in-turn accept. Kelsey gained experience working with families and relationships while getting her bachelors at The University of Alabama. She then pursued her dream of becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist by earning her Master’s degree at Auburn University. While there, she received extensive training on working with relationships, whether family, couple, friend, or otherwise. Additionally, Kelsey does work with individual clients on a wide range of issues.
