- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Just as you invest in advice from a Lawyer, Accountant or Doctor, your vacation should be protected before, during and after your trip by working with a professional travel consultant who can help guide you through the pitfalls of misleading internet claims, travel providers who may not deliver the experience you are hoping for and most importantly are there for you if something does not go as planned. Our VIP Traveler program includes the following; • Tap into our 30+ years of knowledge, experience and connections • Access to non-published rates, amenities and upgrades • Thorough research of the destinations and travel suppliers to ensure it meet your needs • Detailed, personalized itinerary documents that are viewable on your mobile device • Mobile travel guides on the destination you will be visiting Travel Planning fee structure: We only charge for airline tickets - $50 per ticket and for customized land itineraries with multiple components. This $150 planning to go fee, is applied to your booking. From the most exotic expeditions or exploring popular destinations in style, to going off the beaten path; this program is all about YOU. We recognize that your travel preferences and choices should be as individual as your fingerprint. There is no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to something as personal as the way you experience the world. We interview each client so that we can get to know your unique wants, desires and needs to fulfill the perfect trip.
