- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give the customer a set price over the app/phone most of the time when possible. Best thing to do is send a message with your job details and pictures, this will help me estimate your job faster.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what it is they need to be done, talk over any details that may need to be brought up and give an estimate. It is important to make sure both parties are on the same page so no unnecessary surprises come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides my years of experience, I also have education and hands on training in electrical, residential and commercial.
