- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the most important part of making sure that your magical moments are captured the way you wish to remember them for years to come. One-on-One meeting prior to the service either via phone or in person so that all expectations are communicated. Once the Services are provided my customers can expect a personal gallery to be available for them to view their photos within 10 days where they can then choose the photos they wish to purchase directly from their personalized on-line gallery. As a note if Wedding Day photography services are being provided 2 Pre-Wedding Day One-on-One's will be provided to make sure that nothing is left out!
