Nice person but...
3 locks to change because I lost the keys
He sent me the Quote usd75
I hired him.
Then he bargain by usd80
I finally agree...
Then when he came to my home, he says that he understood that the doors were open...
It is not true because in our thumbtack chat, I have clearly written that I could take my stuff and then I need to take my stuff before to leave in holidays Tuesday...
All is written in thumbtack chat so easy to read and understand
So when he was at my home, he says he wants usd120
I did not like this way that is not business and smart because I know many people and he lost me as client and as friend because I ll not refer him to my network.
I waste my time
Ps: I see one review similar like mine about this supplier.
When we fix a deal we cannot change or say that it is misunderstanding especially when we wrote everything and we have proof.

The reason for the price change was because the locks in question were SmartKey locks. I was told on the phone before I arrived they were standard locks and all he needed was new keys to be made. When I arrived, I found out different. With a SmartKey lock, you cannot simply rekey it but you must replace the whole lock, and it is not possible to simply pick the lock as he wanted because of the increased security of the SmartKey locks.
I explained all this in person, and we discussed options for replacing it with different locks that would have been $80 and closer to what he wanted to spend. He declined to hire me and sent me on my way, so I didn't actually perform any work for him.
