- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the needs of each client individually. The best thing to do would be to call to discuss the project first and then we would be better able to provide an estimate and/or pricing based on your specific project as every client's need can vary greatly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we speak over the phone to gather some information specific to the client. Based on the needs of the client, we would explain our various services and choose what best suits the client's needs once we have a clear understanding of what their issue is and what is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are State Licensed and insured and have been performing mold assessments and remediation throughout South Florida for over 10 Years.
