- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put in high end tools, even if they are out of the budget. I own my equipment so I don't have to limit myself
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I hear as much as I can, I try to find out exactly who is the video intended for, the circumstance in which it will be viewed and what the client expects to get from it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Universitiy degree in Audiovisual Arts and a Cinematography diploma at the London Film School
