- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation is done. I setup an evaluation day. On that day we go through a series of base exercise that can tell me where they stand in terms of fitness. Based on those measurement I can now start programming exercises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Nationally Certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) License #: 2718446
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
it's very important to set up an initial consultation in order to find out the clients needs and goals. From there on I would have a great idea of what they are looking for. Therefore a realistic goal and program can be setup to insure that progress is made towards their goal
