- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to see if I am right for the client. Once you sign up for personal training with me, I will assess your fitness level, posture, limitations, flexibility and goals and design a safe and effective program for you. I will travel to your house with my exercise equipment and ensure that you have a safe, fun workout.
