Can’t say enough about this company. They are not only by far the cheapest in Miami, but also professional and have a high standard of customer care. They came in to Survey the property to give me a quote as so did other exterminator companies did. Ya, came in a lot cheaper than anyone and did exactly what they promised. No hidden fees, no price jack. Very professional and the best customer service. I am so pleased with this company. 10 out of 10 👍👍👍👍👍Forget about any of the other pest control companies that are going to charge you nearly double what Ya, charged me. Book Ya, for your pest control needs at an affordable price.

Fast response and super professional. Starting with a pro vehicle equipped with everything for home pest control. Leandro explainer the different options and used a hose connected to a tank in his van to spray the whole backyard and outer perimeter. For the inside he cane with a hand pumped equipment and sprayed along all the walls. The ants immediately stopped their caravan towards the inside of the walls. I’m very happy with the service and will keep them coming every 3 months. Price was very reasonable!

I hired Ya!Pest Control Services for rodent removal. I was glad they were available right away when I put in request via Thumbtack. Great service! Prompt and did a great job. They do more than just remove the rodents and they seal all the entry points as well. He comes to my house couple times and arrived when promised. The first visited he placed traps, then did a follow up visit in two or three days to remove traps. He performed an inspection of the rest of the exterior and interior. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, extremely polite, competent, and honest. Price very reasonable compared to 5 companies that I got the quotes. They’re great company to work with and I highly recommend this company. I definitely use them again, should the need arise!
